This service agreement (the "Agreement") is between you (the "Customer") and AppLogs, Inc. ("AppLogs"). The Agreement governs your use of the AppLogs service (the "Service").
1. Scope of Service
AppLogs provides a cloud-based service for tracking and managing errors in software applications. The Service includes the following features:
- Error log collection and storage
- Error report generation
- Error alerts
2. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Keep account information up to date.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account passwords.
- Use the Service in a responsible manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. AppLogs Obligations
AppLogs agrees to:
- Provide the Service to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement.
- Use industry-standard security measures to protect Customer data.
- Notify the Customer promptly in the event of any known or suspected breach of AppLogs security systems.
4. Termination
AppLogs may terminate the Agreement at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
5. Governing Law
The Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
6. Entire Agreement
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral.
7. Severability
If any provision of the Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from the Agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of the Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
9. Notices
All notices and other communications under the Agreement must be in writing and sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the following addresses:

10. Headings
The headings in the Agreement are for convenience only and will not affect its interpretation.
